Remembering our heroes on Memorial Day!

To forget what Memorial Day means would be a great disservice and injustice to our military soldiers. In the midst of your celebration this weekend, take a moment to pay tribute to the vets and fallen heroes, along with our active duty personnel, who continue to defend our nation with passion and honor.
Happy Memorial Day!

Remembering Our Fallen Heroes
Today
is not just another day that many people have off from work and school. Today
is not just another day for cooking out or shopping for some great deals. This
is a day to remember our fallen heroes, who served in our armed forces for this
country. If it wasn’t for the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives
for us to enjoy the freedoms that we often take for granted day in and day out,
we would resemble many war-torn regions that we see in the news today.
May
we be reminded that if it was not by the grace of God, freedom would be only a
mere thought instead of a constant reality. Thank you to all of our military
personnel who served in the past, present and future. We salute you and honor
you, not only just on this day, but every day throughout the year!
Happy
Memorial Day!

HAPPY MEMORIAL DAY!
Memorial Day, a holiday in the United States observed in late May. Previously designated Decoration Day, it was inaugurated in 1868 by Gen. John A. Logan for the purpose of decorating the graves of Civil War veterans and has since become a day on which all war dead are commemorated. (The Columbia Encyclopedia. We are so blessed in the United States to have the freedoms that we have because of the service men and women, who took an oath and risked their lives to fight for our country. Although memorial means to commemorate, let’s not just honor those veterans who died, but to celebrate the lives of those who still continue to fight for and defend The United States of America!
So during your cookouts and other festivities, remember to celebrate responsibly! Peace & Blessings everyone!
